The person behind Ship the Loop.

Brian Graham speaking at We Are Developers Berlin

Brian Graham has been writing code since he was seven, professionally since 2010. He moved into architecture and team leadership around 2017 and has been consulting independently since 2022. The thread through all of it: feedback loops drive value. Deployment pipelines that ship ten times a day. Bots deploying to production unsupervised. Teams measuring what they're doing and adjusting. He's a Team Topologies Advocate, focused on how team structure shapes what teams can build.

Then agentic loops showed up: a new sort of machine, and more noise in the signal than ever. Helping teams ship faster didn't stop mattering. If anything it matters more now.

Ship the Loop cuts through the noise and brings you clean signal: an ongoing scan of thousands of research papers tracked as the field shifts, controlled experiments across agentic configurations re-run as the tools change, and videos laying down tracks for teams figuring this out in production.
