About
The person behind Ship the Loop.
Brian Graham spent 20 years leading engineering teams. Then agents showed up, and the job changed underneath him. Not gradually. The feedback loop between human and machine became the unit of work, and most of the playbook stopped applying.
So he did what engineers do: he tested it. 2,689 papers analyzed. 441 controlled experiments across 16 configuration variables. Real engagements with teams trying to make this work in production. The question was always the same: what's true?
Ship the Loop is where that work lives. Research, experiments, failure cases, and the patterns that survived production.
